PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS AND NATURE

(A) Guest must have valid Government photo ID and be willing to provide if requested by Owner.

(B) Guest must at least 25 years old, and be the SAME PERSON who makes the booking, signs this Agreement, and pays with his/her own credit/debit card that matches his/her valid Government ID. NO 3rd Party Bookings.

(C) Smoking is not permitted anywhere on either Property. 

(D) Pets are not permitted at either Property.

(E) Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00AM.

(F) Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles. Guests staying more than 4 days will be provided with information on self-removal of garbage.

(G) No illegal substances or fireworks.

(H) Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on premise. Guest assumes the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property, and any amenities on Property, including private loop trail at SKYVIEW STATION), firepit, parking areas, exterior areas, etc.

(I) Owners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.

(J) Guests agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good order, to use appliances only for their intended uses, to use cutting boards and not countertops for cutting/chopping, to use fireplaces correctly, and to alert Owner of any problems immediately so as not to have damages incurred.

(K) Babies and small children are welcome, but Guest acknowledges that properties are NOT BABY-PROOFED. Keep an eye on your children, both inside and outside on grounds.

(L) Guest is welcome to have Visitors but only persons listed on the Rental Agreement may stay in the Property overnight ("Woods" capacity is 4; "Skyview" capacity is 10.)

(M) This entire area is known for its active wildlife, including deer, bears, fox, coyote, etc. Keep alert and be knowledgeable about how to NOT interact with wildlife or attract wildlife. The cabins are in the woods; therefore Guest acknowledges that there may be insects, spiders, snakes, bees, etc. From time to time, a small creature or insect may find its way inside despite pest control efforts. KEEP DOORS CLOSED.

​FOR WOODS UPON A TIME GUESTS:

Pond in front of Woods Upon a Time cabin

(1) Guests may use pond in front of cabin for ONLY, NO SWIMMING

(2) NO CHILDREN AT ANY TIME ARE TO BE AT POND PROPERTY UNSUPERVISED.

(3) Guest may not access to any of the sheds.

If any person in the Rental Party fails to follow any of the Rules, the Rental Party may be asked to vacate the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent paid.
